Budgam Minor Girl Rescued After a Year
Budgam, March 8 : A minor girl who was kidnapped last year from Magam, Budgam, has been rescued and reunited with her family, officials confirmed.
A police official stated that the girl had been missing since April last year. Following investigations, SSP Budgam formed a special police team to trace her. Recently, authorities received information about her whereabouts in the Magam area.
A search operation was launched, leading to her successful recovery. After completing legal formalities, she was handed over to her family. Meanwhile, the accused has been arrested, and further investigation is in progress.
