Budgam Police Crack Down on Fake Social Media Accounts Promoting Terrorism.

Budgam police have taken decisive action against the misuse of social media by booking six individuals for creating fake accounts and sharing content that glorifies terrorism. The posts were deemed a threat to public peace and could incite unlawful activities.
The individuals charged in the case are:
1.Hilal Ahmad Dar (Sholipora).
2.Owais Ahmad Khan (Soibugh Daharmuna).
3.Suhail Ahmad Sheikh (Batpora).
4.Umar Shafi Sofi (Ompora).
5.Mohammad Amir Khan (Ichkoot).
6.Shahid Mir (Sheikhpora Chatterhama).
According to authorities, these individuals used fake social media profiles to spread misleading and illegal content. Legal proceedings have been initiated against them under preventive detention laws.
J&K Police have urged all social media users to act responsibly and warned that strict legal measures will be taken against those who violate digital guidelines by posting or sharing unlawful content.
